Established in 1906, Blind River is located halfway between Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie on Trans Canada Highway 17. This town is an outdoor recreation hotspot on Lake Huron’s North Channel at the mouth of the Blind River and the Mighty Mississauga River.

Enjoy over 10km (6.2mi) of multi-season trails at the Boom Camp Interpretive Park. Come experience the Huron Pines Golf and Country Club – a championship 18-hole golf course or visit the many other features and attractions including tennis courts, canoe routes, bike/walking trails, fitness centre, full service Marine Park, Timber Village Museum and Northern Ontario Logging Memorial.
